Who we are

This website is operated by Digital Brainy Ltd (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact details are on our contact page.

What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry or consultation form we collect the details you provide — name, email address, phone number, company name, budget range and your message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to provide our services.

Our lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you initiate) and, where applicable, performance of a contract.

Analytics

Where analytics are enabled, we use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics that collect aggregate usage statistics only and no personal data. If we introduce cookie-based analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case data is retained for the duration of our engagement and as required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Enquiries are delivered to us by our email provider acting as a data processor. We only share data with service providers necessary to run this website and our business, under appropriate agreements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us using the address on our contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
